        Merger

After nearly a year of planning and negotiations, Crystal Computing has been purchased by J & J Ranch. The transition will not affect our performance or staff. What the change does offer is the ability to open more offices in the North Texas region and, hopefully, in other regions of the United States. With the buying power of J& J Ranch and the suppliers that Crystal Computing has established relationships with over the last 19 years, this has the potential of boosting us in our customer services.  Our new service center that will be in Mineral Wells Texas will be one of the few Macintosh authorized repair centers in Texas and the only one in 250 miles with an on site repair person.

         New Supplier

We have moved up into the view of the major supply companies.  Our purchases have grown, as has our customer base, to a level that we were referred to Ingram Micro by one of our suppliers.  After a qualifying process that included interviewing our customers, we were granted the honor of being a client of Ingram's.  Ingram is the nation's largest distributor of computer related parts and supplies, so this now allows us a larger product line and sets the stage for us to become authorized reseller for Macintosh, HP, Epson, Compaq and other major brands.
